Properties

Aquilea Sleep® is a product developed to promote quality sleep thanks to its formula in an innovative two-coat tablet, specially studied so that its ingredients are released as they are needed: the first layer is released quickly at the beginning of sleep and the second layer is released progressively throughout the night.

The first, fast-release layer contains melatonin. Melatonin is a substance that occurs in our body naturally and has a very important role in the onset of our sleep. The second, delayed release layer contains extracts of Valerian, Passionflower and California Poppy to contribute to a restful sleep throughout the night. Thus, Aquilea Sueño® promotes a restorative rest, intervening both in the onset of sleep and throughout the night.

How to use

It is recommended to take one tablet half an hour before bedtime.
